The man in the video claims he is a Christian but Sharia court of appeal sealed off his shop and issued a forfeiture order on his shops.

He allegedly rented out one of his shop four shops to a tenant who most likely had a case before the Sharia court. Instead of the Sharia court taking possession of the tenant's goods (if indeed he has a case instituted against him in the Sharia court by his creditors), they decided to seize the landlord's shop despite informing them the shop belongs to him not the tenant and that he doesn't have any case against before the Sharia court.

A Federal High Court freed him. Appeal court freed him. A Kenya court declared his rendition as illegal. That alone has rubbished all the charges against him. Why waste a man's life because we have stup*d people in government?
