For a 7 year old, the law does not recognize intent or criminal understanding at that age. The child is considered incapable of forming a criminal mind (mens rea).
the child cannot be arrested, charged or prosecuted...
The law focuses on correction like counseling the child and parents on the importance of good behavior. No judge will send a 7 year old boy to prison for touching a woman inappropriately.

But everything changes the moment that lady assaults and beats the boy in retaliation.
The adult bitter senseless lady now becomes the offender . She will be legally charged for child abuse and assault, since the child is legally a minor and protected by law.

This story sounds ridiculous and might just be an anecdote to gain attention. There's absolutely NO normal 7-year-old of elementary school age that would touch the breast (s) of an adult woman. When I was 4 to 5 years of age decades ago before the advent of the Internet when we largely depended on reading the large volumes of encyclopedias in our family home libraries for knowledge, I largely knew what was right and what was wrong.

Young man when i was 5yrs old i was always fascinated about women's breast, i called them PAW PAW 😂😂😂😂, when some of my moms friends used to cone around to say hello to my mom,i will jump up and shout Mommy see paw paw, she and her friends would laugh at me, then the day cane when the DEVIL whispered into my ear and said TOUCH THEM, then i foolishly obeyed and that was the 1st and last time i ever said those words PAW PAW 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😂
My mom threw caution yo the wind and beat both the demon and devil out of my feeble body even after the person i touched her breast with my hand was begging my mom not to beat me.
So guy i understand what this woman did and YES this story is 100% true because it happened to me 😁😁😁

Second, assuming the story has some iota of truth, I would have expected the young lady who made the FB post to first off caution the boy in the presence of his mother NOT to touch her boobs again and that would have deterred any further incursions. But slamming the boy with a hot slap is totally off. If the boy had passed in process the lady would have been arrested by the police for the death of the boy.

In Uk, a 9 year old girl said she wouldn't do splits in gym class because she doesn't want to 'spread her legs in front of boys'.
what she said raised a serious child safeguarding concern because they felt a 9 year old girl isn't matured enough to entertain such thoughts in her mind or fully comprehend the implication of such phrase. authorities invaded the girl's home, her parents were questioned and investigated to see if the girl was being exposed to inappropriate stuffs at home.

u guys better be careful what u exposed or allow your kids to do b4 u get in trouble with authorities.
