Good evening all, I'm based in ibadan and I'm doing Uber with my toyota matrix


so far I've been able to make about 10k profit when using 10k fuel and then coming out from about 7am to 4pm

I also don't do any negotiating with users.

this would be okay for me but I find myself parked for hours sometimes waiting for a trip.

I use mainly bolt because that's where the rides are.

I've tried Uber but I usually don't get requests and on indrive, the trips disappear before I can even determine if they are worth it.


please is there anyone based in ibadan here that can help me with the areas where I can camp and times of the day so I can see rides regularly

and any other tips in general

I only use bolt to get out of areas where Uber no too request.

I find it difficult to come to terms with indrive 😂😃

Omo I have totally abandoned Indrive for now, Bolt for comfort category makes sense, yet to still try Uber though. I only use Indrive for destination trips now

Hmmn.... I envy your vehicle fuel consumption. With my Peugeot 307, 15k fuel usually nets 7500. Though Abuja prices are extremely poor.

Yes, the Lagos factor. And e get areas in Lagos too Sha.

However, even in that abj, you need to learn the modules t maximize profits.

If your pick up is usually longer than 1.9km. say 3-5km. Theres no way you'll not net low.

And avoid driving around empty looking for orders, that's another way of reducing income.
When driving, do not overspeed so that you can avoid heavy breaks that alone can drain all your fuel.
There are lots Sha, but try look into the few highlights

what's your mileage like?

I get around 8-9km per liter but I'm not sure if I should be closer to the car's 11km/l I see online
