Not to worry, very Soon when you want to drive from Benin to ASABA, you will follow the new ultra modern coastal highway built for 7.5b per kilometer and per lane x3 lanes. (even the cost hard for the minister to pronounce am because him know say na barawo tins) ie according to umayi, apc and the Oga they said built Lagos.

You guys don't factor in the fact that the road is divided into segments. The Benin /Asaba axis would have been completed before the whole section of the road is done. Whichever portion of the road is completed can be put into use. Also, if you read my first post well, I did not say Govt should abandon existing roads and only concentrate on the new roads. I just highlighted the benefits of the new one. Yes, Govt is a continuum. I am sure in 100 years to come, some roads will still need repair or new one constructed. But many of our people are one way in their thinking. This thing is not mutually exclusive. I.e you build new road and then abandon all old /existing roads. Both can happen simultaneously. I am sure there are existing roads in the country that are currently being rehabilitated. All the roads cannot be done at the same time. And you cannot also say you have to wait untill you repair all the existing roads before you build a new one. I hope it is clear now.

Umahi and Tinubu are building coastal highway to heaven. Even the roads that link people to his village no concern Umahi. He loves Tinubu more than he loves other Nigerians and he is taking his time building concrete roads where he deems necessary.

No, it's not clear. Does it make sense you have 7 uncompleted buildings and you still want to add another one making 8?
No rational or irrational human being will do that. Does Nigeria have the financial resources to undergo building new ones and repairing old roads? We don't. Therefore, why start what you can't finish? If you didn't build any new roads, you won't die, so what gives? This has nothing to do with one dimensional thinking. It has to do with rationality and scale of preference. And its clear this administration lacks both. It's not well in the well

Those regions are not part of Nigeria... They are minority federal roads that's why the fed govt doesn't care about them
