Disgraceful that no obidient on this thread commented on this. Otti is bribing lawmakers to pass budgets, if it was done by another governor especially the governor of Lagos state, there would've been a lot of epistles here.

The problem I have with some people here is that they do selective criticism.
Anybody that fvcks up should be criticized, even if it's your party. That's what true criticism is, not turning the other way when it involves your side.
