Educationalserv:So he should be absent from his work while the office bleeds from his absence and be going to farm ? What if his boss does not permit him? |

Tohsynetita1:No one said until you make billions. But your friend gave capital requirement for his 2.4m monthly income business as 15m and then 28m. That's the problem I have with him. You came and started blowing hot air about farming you know next to zilch about. You've never farmed before obviously. You then went ahead to lie that you "managed" a 5 acre farm and tended to the farm only once a week. That's the biggest joke I ever heard but didn't find funny. Do you realize that 5 acres is about 30 plots of land? So you attended to 30 plots of land only once a week as the manager? Whoever employed audio you is in ruins as we speak! I'm 100% certain of it!! |

Educationalserv:And you think if it is was that easy to employ all doctors into private hospitals the doctors wouldn't have all gone for better pay? It is like you saying the private sector should absorb all government workers since they pay better... Look at the way you people reason... |

Educationalserv:So to you thinking outside the box is for someone to absond days away from his work every week and be committing a crime by doing that while the instution he works for continues to suffer just to go hustle for himself? So when you have a majority of the workforce doing that in a public institution then it collapses and everybody loses their jobs again and no hope for new intake of younger generation... Look at the way you people reason.. Then you say army work is a service. So he should offer his service while him and his family is offered suffering, poverty and pains in return abi? The way you people reason eh! |

Tohsynetita1:Many of them borrow the money to go abroad or sell family properties. It's risky but not as risky as the Nigerian business environment. He can put that money on investment here and lose it. |
| Re: Nigerian Civil Servants Will Receive Their Salary And Fall Into Depression by Brendaniel: 11:34am On Oct 24, 2025 |
Tohsynetita1:So those that were killed in their farms by herdsmen were killed because they did not secure their farms ? |

Educationalserv:So why not focus on the employer(the FG) to pay him properly, wouldn't that solve the problem? But that's not what you are doing, you know the FG is wrong by paying them such an amount, then why not focus on the FG that is wrong instead of telling the worker to start doing something wrong back to the organization. That's like saying 2 wrongs make a right, but in reality you only created another problem and thats my point, becaue you guys are trying to deflect blame from Tinubu you then give advise that does not make sense. Listen to your self... |

Educationalserv:Take am easy dey lie abeg. In most cases, major supermarkets eg. Spa, Game, ShopRite, Everyday, etc. gets their supplies directly from manufacturers. So this your lies does not add up. |

Brendaniel:Were those killed by stray bullet also at fault for traveling out? Is it everyone that have farm that are being killed? Is it everyone that travel out that make it? This have to tell you that casualty happens anywhere either abroad or Nigeria, and what the quote I responded to initially posted was just buttress my point on so many things you can do and have good money than using huge money to travel out , only to go and become a maid. |

Educationalserv:What are u saying, igbos before the war were commercially driven. I can give u many examples. The former PDP chairman now late Vincent Ogbulafor. His family particularly his father known as Jay Jay Ogbulagor used to be a trader during the time of colonial masters. His trade routes were Gabon,Guinnea,Cameroon and name it and he used to bring in crayfish and all sorts. Many are like that in the entire region of igbo land before Nigerian independence. |

Lanretoye:The question is what do I want to be a governor for? What I want to be governor for is more important than just being a governor.. So you think those in power are better than you because they were able to get there? Even idiots attain power, so nothing makes then better than you, you might be suffering from inferiority complex but don't use it to generalize for others... |
| Re: Nigerian Civil Servants Will Receive Their Salary And Fall Into Depression by Tohsynetita1(m): 2:54pm On Oct 24, 2025 |
Brendaniel:Alaye, read what I wrote and comprehend, Is it normal for you to go abroad and be killed by stray bullet, knife stabbing? Read and digest what I wrote, anything it means to you. That’s it. |
| Re: Nigerian Civil Servants Will Receive Their Salary And Fall Into Depression by Brendaniel: 3:01pm On Oct 24, 2025 |
Tohsynetita1:The question you should be asking is: Does the government abroad treat knife stabbing and stray bullet as normal without investigations, arrest and prosecution like the way the government here handles banditry killings, farmer's killing by herdsmen without investigations and prosecution? |

Educationalserv:And this going to work for few days a week leads to poor production. The ministry or department face it more. There's lack of efficiency in civil service because people can't be getting paid for work they didn't do. Nigeria isn't Qatar or Saudi Arabia where their govt pay for just being a citizen. But the rot is from the top. If elected govt officials are earning sparingly, talk for sweet for their mouth. Those state govs, the president, senate and HoR no suppose they earn as big as they are earning. Senate and reps suppose be like N800K per month with housing facility or 3 bedroom flat per senator in case dem wan move in with family. Reps N600K with 3 bedroom flat too. Govs no suppose they collect pas N2m and president N5m. No car allowance or security vote for reps and senators. Anyhow dem take see make Dem guide. |

Majority of them are corrupt. How will 200k buy much when they have killed the productive side of the economy with corruption? You take bribe as police to free a known criminal who kills and robs productive citizens for a living. You are into racket and collaborate with pastors to steal blessing. How will the economy produce to drive down cost and improve the buying power of 200k? Be dreaming there. |

Yankee101:is productivity guaranteed? Or you want the govt to pay you well but you serve the system like trash. Imagine a policeman freeing a criminal who extorts productive farmers, yet you want price of food t drop. No be juju be dat? |
