⚡NATO's Rutte:

Thousands of Russians are dying for Putin’s deluded aggression.

Putin is running out of money, troops, and ideas.

President Trump said it very well. They should stop where they are now.

Putin’s strategy has been to wait for us to stop helping Ukraine, at some point he expected us to give up.

This will never happen.

⚡Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said Friday that his government was working on “ways to circumvent” US sanctions against Russian energy companies.

The United States on Wednesday hit Russia’s two biggest oil producers - Rosneft and Lukoil with sanctions, the first against Russia since US President Donald Trump returned to office.

Hungary, seen as the Kremlin’s and Trump’s closest ally in the 27-nation EU still depends heavily on Russian oil despite Moscow’s invasion of Ukraine.

“Anyone who wants utility price reductions must defend Hungary’s right to buy oil and gas from Russia, or at the same price as the Russian or cheaper,” Orban said in his weekly radio interview.

His government in 2013 introduced a household energy price cap, one of its flagship policies, to keep prices at bay.

“This battle is not over yet; there are indeed sanctions against certain Russian oil companies… We are working on ways to circumvent these sanctions,” the nationalist leader added.

By the time the war is over, many countries would have learnt how to perfectly circumvent US/EU sanctions.

⚡Trump:

"Attacks against Venezuela will begin soon, and we will do so immediately."
And I ask, what has Venezuela done to be invaded? Is Venezuela a threat to US ?
Atleast, Russia had a tangible reason of invading Ukraine. So what is the main reason of causing a regime change for a country that is not a threat to you.
So if US invades Venezuela, who are those going to sanction them? Since that is what they and their allies did to Russia.
Is the UN and FIFA and other organization bodies going to sanction US or just keep silent and docile but Active and Agile when it comes to third world countries that wants to grow?
The earlier most third world countries pull out from these organizations, the better because it is obvious they were designed to subdue the interest of those who wants to grow at the detriment of the US and allies.
A country like US shouldn't be allowed to have nuclear bombs, even atomic bombs with the way they have been going round distablizing other countries.
A country that can invade another for a flimsy excuse as low as Bananas.
Again Bananas
Bananas ...... That is all and enough reason to invade another country.
Bananas.

⚡Iran's Intelligence Minister:

More than 50 intelligence agencies participated in the 12-day war against Iran

More than 50 special services created a "NATO intelligence" and used it in the attack on our country, imposing a covert and hybrid war on us.

They tried to send all terrorists and takfiris to Iran from Syria and Afghanistan.

But, by the grace of the Almighty, we witnessed the victory of the Iranian people over the Zionist regime and the USA, as well as the strengthening of the authority and popularity of Islamic Iran, its people, and leadership worldwide.
Just imagine. Over 50 countries/ intelligence units and other services were used to support isreal all just to subdue Iran yet they failed woefully.
Both covert and overt operations.... Very very dangerous set of people.
Just imagine if isreal had won the war and decapitated Iran, their followers here on nairaland would have been foaming in the mouth like rabid dogs boasting about how isreal is the God's own country and no one can defeat them unknown to them, over 50 intelligence units or different countries, weapons, bombs, internal sabotages, massive bribing and spying, air fueling of attack jets etc that really did the dirty and background jobs for isreal would have all gone unnoticed .
I still stand to be corrected, these intelligence units and countries were all there to support isreal in all those Arab wars she fought against them likewise the war of independence because left to isreal alone, one on one, she can't defeat Syria nor Iraq alone

We recognize that policy has fundamentally changed from the policy in the 1980s, 1990s, 2000s, and it's a situation where the US has tariffs against every one of their trading partners... what we can control is developing new partnerships and opportunities including with the economic giants of Asia."

It's why Trump is trying to hand over the responsibility of arming Ukraine to Europe, so he can focus on Venezuela.

The first Venezuelan Iranian made drones or missiles that hits the US will give me massive orgasm.

I might die from over happiness.

If the Venezuelans are united against the threat it will come to nothing. I am still thinking how America will do this. Through a false flag or compromise Venezuelan military so they can depose Maduro cause I read CIA operatives are already on ground in Venezuela or strike directly? Let's keep watching as things unfold.

From a pure militaristic standpoint, the US military will vanquish the Venezuelan military with ease.
Especially since replenishment and supplies from the Axis will likely be inadequate.

The reason why the green light has not been given is because Washington is aware of the subtle but very disastrous potential pitfalls of an adventure in Venezuela.

For starters, we're in 2025. They cannot Gaza, Vietnam, or Iraq Venezuela.
Hispanics are the second largest demographic in the US.
So it might seem easy on paper, but a spirited defense or some other f*ck up can quickly derail any perfect plan to surgically get in and wrap things up in a fortnight.

Secondly, the transition and the day after have to be water tight.
This cannot become a Libya, Syria, Afghanistan. This is the US backyard. Any consequences will be felt in mainland US.
They cannot install Machado and start dealing with a FARC or Taliban or Iraqi style insurgency. Because the hybrid, asymmetric insurgency could arrive on their doorsteps

Essentially, if this goes bad, Trump's presidency ends.
So their plan A is getting Maduro or someone in his inner circle to tank the regime.
The pressure has worked to some degree. Maduro offered the US right of first refusal to every oil/gas and gold projects, preferential contracts to American firms, redirect oil exports from China to the US at any price the US wants, and cut out Chinese, Russian, and Iranian firms from any energy and mining contract. The US rejected this offer.
https://www.nytimes.com/2025/10/10/world/americas/maduro-venezuela-us-oil.html

Some in Maduro's camp are floating Maduro taking a one-way vacation to Russia and someone else from his camp becoming the next President. Maduro opposes this.

Plan B is the violent deposition of Maduro.
The hawks have convinced Trump that it'll be a cakewalk.
For the war hawks, there is no downside. If it works, they get their decades-long wish to topple the Chavez-Maduro dynasty.
If it fails catastrophically they'll pin it on Trump who cannot seek re-election. Worse case, he is impeached and removed, and Vance takes his place. In 2028, a democrat returns and runs for 8 years on fixing Trump's mess.

This is why I am cautious.
It could go either way, but objectively, the Americans have better odds.
