If it was past seasons, he would have managed to play in the next match despite the knock. No matter what Bertha had up his sleeves, without that cheque book and precious pen in Josh's hands, he would not achieve what he did.

The reason why I blamed the board for the failure of last season. Our depth was too poor despite the performances, it limited our achievements.

Imagine having no CF in the team for over 5 months of the season.

But the Kroenkes chose to invest this time around and with Bertha in charge a decent job was done.
