Will start with my phone. Anyone calling me that many times must be one of my family members who may or may not be in distress.

When I have sorted that out, next will be my emails which almost always concerns my professional career and/or opportunities.

Will probably ignore the rest

Good to know I’m not the only one , I’ve always wanted to stop feeling that way.

I’ve learned to just take a deep breath before returning such calls.

Most times, I’ll even call my other siblings to know if she reached them and to be sure everyone’s fine.

She usually calls twice, but once it gets to the third call, I know my attention is needed. I’ll drop whatever I’m doing and pick up if my phone is close by.
