When will Monday okpeobolo abi Wetin be that him name sef,in short d7 governor repair Benin roads especially those roads around okada and ring road,those roads were eyesore when I passed through edo state

That road brings back terrible memories when I plied it during my nysc years. Kai, that raod will gallantly rank among the top 5 worstest roads in Nigeria.

One of the Worst roads in Abia state. Going to Calabar via Umuahia through that road is like going to hellfire.

My brother, Iheanyi Onuigbo is from my village gan gan, Obuohia-ibere in ikwuano. You need to see the front of his house during raining season, na natural swimming pool dey there due to bad road. He's a disgrace to both his community and local government, his tenure as house of rep yielded nothing for his community and that's why he was voted out.

What annoys me is that the previous administration of Muhammadu Buhari awarded this project through the Nnpc tax credit scheme. You need to see the slow and shady job done on that section by the FG contractor. Contrast with the Akwa Ibom axis which is of high quality (although it was built during Akpabio’s administration).
Kudos to the peoples governor Otti for taking over the project. I expect a speedy and quality project.

That is why I always say try and vote for labour party candidates during election..they have good politicians and leaders with good leadership qualities and they have the passion to provide good governance and better life and better standard of living for Nigerians

i know some people will worship Otti for this flag off of 25km road. More than 90% will not read the cho cho cho cho on the OP. Umahi that showed workings with over 30km completed phase; they scorn him and abuse him daily. Is God not wonderful and merciful?

They are using this road to cash out. Idom Emmanuel equally flagged off this same road 4yrs or so ago. Why now again?

Isn't that road a federal road since the time of Goodluck? Was there no allocation for that road? Why would he Tarr a federal road? Even if you were a minister, you would never use your money to Tarr a federal road, that allocation is given for.

Backward state, see the hype for just flagging of a road construction. And this make him the best governor, the way Otti is being hyped you'll think every road Abia is tarred.
Many state governors are doing a lot better than him but Obidient propaganda will make us believe he's doing wonders because he's the only governor elected on the Obidient platform.

This is a welcome development.

Someone should tell me why these governors should not be commended for their performances left, right and centre, courtesy of subsidy removal and enablement from Tinubu who gives them enough allocation for development to go round

I passed through that road about 5 months ago and I really felt for those living on that axis.

I give kudos to Gov. Otti for this and I hope he monitors the contractor to see the project to a timely conclusion and inauguration.

That road cuts across two LGAs, 80% in one LGA. The people I mentioned are from the most affected part. That they have eaten it doesn't mean that if you have an opportunity to fix it, you wouldn't. Nobody said they should use their money.
