i and my landlord live in same house no issues, you can only have problem with a landlord in a face me i face you, when i got married my landlord gave me 50k cash gift, my first car i gave him wine so i can get my own gate key and he insisted i buy crates of beers so we all men in the compound can celebrates and he supported massively as that day turn out to be like a party as the wives later cooked pepper soup. i am the youngest in that house some of his sons are even older than me. when looking for a house just hope you end up in a nice place. my friend jealous my place even though am not an easterner they all treat me well
