Were they denied personal protective equipment? You people just like to comment on topics you don't have adequate knowledge of. I remember Dangote sending 800 of these trainee engineers to India for training before the commencement of the refinery back then, you can Google it.

Do you know how much dangote had invested in them in terms of training before they even started working in the refinery? Instead of them to be loyal to that organization, they started sabotaging it, now look at where it has landed them?

They should kuku resign, shebi PENGASSAN have many tank farms at Apapa, let them apply there for work. Simple!

To those Graduate Trainees still waiting for PENGASSAN abi NUPENG to finish "discussions" therefore they shouldn't take up the new postings/redeployments, to them, I scream "wake up & smell the coffee"!

Nothing is coming out of the purported discussions as this is a matter that has been concluded at the highest levels (ONSA, FG, Dangote & the affected labour union leaders).

Dangote even offered them 5 years salary for just to stay at home, but NUPENG and PENGASSAN refused on their behalf

Listen, sentiments about whether your brother will work in Dangote someday or not is not the issue here. The employer owns the workplace whether communism, capitalism, socialism or welfarism! It is just the identity of the employer that is different. In China The State owns you. If you do PENGASSAN and NUPENG in China or Russia you will end up in a reeducation class or Siberia where you will freeze to death. The point is be strategic, patriotic and love the brotherhood. What played out is quite the opposite. Just imagine what losses the nation suffered. Poor households had to buy gas at astronomical rates and the unwise Trainees must now become unemployed. Meanwhile the PENGASSAN and NUPENG officials are enjoying edikaikong in their homes! Even Sowore the transactional fellow lead s Nnamdi Kanu and Ndigbo by the nose while his own wife and children live comfortably in the USA and Nnamdi Kanu's wife runs IPOB Limited in the United Kingdom! If they don't like their deployment, they need to build their own refinery.

It not a must to work for DANGOTE, IF THEY ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE REDEPLOYMENT, THEY CAN SIMPLY RESIGN. DANGOTE IS A PRIVATE ENTITY, HE HAS THE RIGHT TO FIRE AND EMPLOY

the thing is even that now ehn, with the condition I quoted above, they can be easily sacked within that 2 years of training without any union to defend them, they will just be told that their services are no longer needed.
