That was how one was given a plumbing course back then in my department in poly.... whenever we were gathered in the lab and were expecting real plumbing practicals,the only thing the werey knew how to do was teaching us how to cut pipe . A whole semester wasted on cutting of only pipes

Thats nigeria for you. We go to school to become indoctrinated and not educated. Educated people can not have a country as messed up as Nigeria is today

Nigerian lecturers that can't perform practical works. All they know how to do is to speak English. Even the so call prof. can't do any practical part from speaking big grammar. Nigerian university is majorly theory base . And speaking of English language

This is very typical of Nigerian lecturers.

I wouldn't want to call theirs names but the last I heard of some these callous lecturers from my days in Nigeria university, they are doing terribly bad. I'm guess, if karma really exists, they are experiencing their karma already.

I remember how one of them brutally kicked a female student then, all because she wore a spaghetti strap shirt. We all feared this man then! His name alone sends shivers down your spine not to talk of being in close proximity with him. This same man would Indian hemp, get so high before coming to lecture. The last I head of him now, same man who has fleets of cars then, can hardly pay for his car servicing at a road side mechanic. He drive his car to mechanics for repairs, the mechanics runs aways or claims busy because they don't want to touch his car all because he still owes them from previous repairs. He is from the law department, of which an old student can easily gift him a good car but no, it hasn't happened yet!

So many of them then. Very callous and cold hearted!!
