I assure you America itself has secret weapons that you will never know of until situation calls for it. Most of the weapons I have seen recently with Russia is mostly improvement in the delivery system and not the warhead itself.

You want to kidnap the leader of a sovereign nation... They tried to do this in Chile in the 70s when U.S CIA approached Rene Schneider, Chile's senior military chief and tried to bribe him but he refused and said he could not betray his master Salvadore Allende the then Chilean president. The CIA later took him out cause he was the main stumbling block hindering America from getting Allende.

Russia has tested the most powerful ever nuke ever created - 50 megatons. It was even 100 megatons, they reduced it to 50 fearing the destructive power. That was about 40 years ago oh.

By now they should have 200 megatons warheads.

Making a bigger bomb is not the problem but delivery. The tsar bomb weighs over 60,000 tons how you wan take deliver am safely. It was just to show off it couldn't be use in practical terms plus you forget the Americans was the first to perfect the act.

The major reason the atom bomb was ban is not due to it destructive nature but because of it after effects. So if you can get a more terrifying weapon that doesn't cause radioactive leftover, you are the new boss in town.
