Hey mamas
Goodmorning
Please does anyone know the safety of using clomid with mild fatty liver? It was coincidentally seen during my last abdominal scan.
I'm supposed to start a clomid cycle today and my ob/gyn says it's not a problem but I don't just know why I'm worried about getting more opinion.
Please let me know if anyone has clue on it's side effects on an already raised liver.
TIA

I will also be worried.
The liver is essential to detoxing hormones which is what clomid elevate.
Why not handle the liver first ?

Thanks for the response. I've been working on the liver for the past 3 months, although the numbers are balancing gradually but scan still shows it that's why I'm worried.
I got a second opinion from another gynecologist who affirmed that I'm good to go so I went on with the clomid cycle.

I think your cycle length will determine that oo
Do you use flo app? If yes you can use it as a guide along side tracking your morning temperature and observing your body for the egg white cervical mucus.

Alternatively you can buy some ovulation test strips(see pics attached) and test daily from cycle day 10 to 18 or till you see that the test line is darker than the control line as shown on cycle day 15 of the test strip pics attached. I use this with observing my CM to track ovulation.
May you a get a BFP soonest.

Low fsh ( actually a hormonal imbalance) is an indicator that something is wrong with your eggs, it could be egg quality,or not ovulating at all, constantly seeing EWCM even after the ovulation window is your body’s several attempt to ovulate. ( still pointing at hormonal imbalance)
My advice is for you to check your ovarian reserve first, (amh)then boost your egg quality, you can use green vegetable smoothies, coq10, omega 3, vitamins E and C( they are antioxidants against free radicals that affect the egg quality). Please leave clomid for now oh, its side effects no be for here oh, speaking from experience.
I had hormonal imbalance.
I used clomid, i was facing bouts of side effects.. Even the time of my ovulation, i had a serious issue with DH... So no way. All this was in 2021/2022. I decided to give myself rest and peace and i thank God for his goodnews in my life today.

No. I responded well to clomid though but didn't get a BFP. I later found out my uterus is going through some sort of trauma cos I've been feeling dull pains around my CS line(had it 7 yrs ago). So I'm currently undergoing some investigations.

Hello mamas
Baby dust on y'all
Please who has used this supplement before?
I'm still TTC and a Nurse friend(Godbless her) gifted me this but I can't find any reviews about it for TTC. I just love being well informed before indulging.

Visit Maddaniyyah Women Specialist hospital. Though, its a woman only hospital but their services are better.

The hospital is located at Akesan.

Please I need help and advise. I’m trying to conceive. My first baby is 2 yrs, I had her through CS. My husband insisted we start trying when she was 1.6yrs but I refused(because I wanted to try vaginal birth).

He made a statement that if any problem with conceiving comes up, he won’t assist because according to him, I’m getting old(I’m 30).

Now I’m trying to conceive, it’s not clicking. I have irregular cycles and my last 2 cycles were unusually longer.

What do I do? I have no one to talk to.

I used the one of 15k. This is the only one I know and have used since 2015
Please make sure your Dr is aware and particularly recommends a dose that suits your body o to avoid stories that touch.
Ovarian hyper-stimulation without close monitoring can lead to disaster o

It's well.
I think empathy should come into play here for a woman that gave birth through CS. 2 years is not too much to wait IMHO. Your health matters
Now that you're ready I suggest you seek expert evaluation to balance your hormones immediately. No need for trial and errors first. Consult a gynecologist ASAP it won't take long you will see results God helping you.

I also gave birth to my 2nd child via CS 7 years ago. I'm currently TTC.
My hormones got scattered along the line due to family planning shots that I took. And now that I'm ready to take in, no baby yet lol
I'm currently seeing an Ob/GN and have been evaluated. My hormones have balanced to an extent too.

You may need to do a cycle day 3 and day 21 hormonal profile test.
Your husband may also have his semen tested(SFA)
A pelvic scan may be required to check the state of your uterus, as well as high vag ina swab to rule out infection if the scan shows fluid in the pouch of douglas.
Then if necessary they will ask that your fallopian tubes be checked to be sure they are open(HSG)

Try and start from somewhere with structure so you don't treat blindly.
Sending you lots of baby dust.
