@bolded
West Ham
Fulham
Crystal Palace

E remain Brighton, Everton, Bournemouth and Aston Villa. Out of all of them na Villa that worries me the most, I hope would have gotten a comfortable lead by the time we meet them such that dropping points to them won't matter much.
So sweet. From dropping 7/9 to getting all 9 from those 3 is sweet. Over to the next 12points. We dropped 10/12

The draw soup of last season was unbelievable!!!

Emery may dominate but to see shooting naim go frustrate am. He may also be swept off his pose the way Simeone was again. That's the one I'll love.

report shows that Arsenal already agreed with Sociedad before March ending and Bertha joined us on March 30th. I am not sure signing Zubimendi should be credited to Bertha.
Same way report had it that Eze has agreed to personal terms with Tottenham Hotspur and we all know how that went. Fabrizio had already announced a here we go for Forest's Morgan Gibbs White but then, the deal fell apart at the very last minute. Until pen is put to paper, no transfer deal is sealed.

We need a balance in the team because Brighton can sometimes be difficult to crack down.
yeah. I am just happy that we have a strong team, even our 2nd xl can start and win that match. I think Saka will start and Gabriel too.

there was never any agreement with Eze and spurs, spurs believed the deal can go through because of their positive talks with Palace but not with Eze. In the case of Zubimendi, it was already concluded between the two teams and player himself by March, but Sociedad wanted the deal to be recorded as of May when laliga season is officially ended.

Glasner fall my hands a lil. He tripled up on saka when the league standard is doubling up on star boy. Immediately i saw the 3 to 4 gold shirts i knew it would be like that all game. Good he got off. Gyokores should have finished that ball instantly though. Eze really needs to bring his inner Cazorla out. He's opened the floodgates now. I expect 15 goals come May won't be a far reach for him.
I can’t fault Glasner entirely.

Arsenal at home were a strong team and he needed to contain us.

I hope Eze and Gyokeres come through for us pending when the other guys are available.

When is Hevertz and Noni coming back? We will need them as soon as possible.

In order news, shout out to Spy360. He predicted this Liverpool run of form.

So, credit when it’s due.

There was no agreement between Zubimendi and Arsenal last year, there were talks but nothing concrete yet. Just like there were talks between players like Luis Suarez, Karim Benzema and even Kylian Mbappe but nothing came out of it.
Actually, Arsenal had an agreement with Sociedad while negotiating the Merino deal. It's all over the internet.

TBH.. Edu did most of the work.

We will need either Saliba or Gabriel to start tomorrow as Mosquera is the only natural CB aside the two.
Kepa
White
Mosquera
Gabriel
Myles
Zubimendi
Merino
Ethan
Martinelli
Gyokeres
Saka

Gabriel Heinze.. Take your flowers..
Jover and Heinze taking over the show this season.

Difficult to argue against that... But people like Ethan, Hincapie needs playing time else we'll be turning over a lot of good ones next season... Top of it all is Zubi ( arguably our best player this season) and Mosquera...

The fact that we're not winning comfortably ( I mean by large margins) inhibits squad rotations

Why i said so is cos i rate him gaan. 😂
It's a two way level. He has ability to not do that and still hurt us somehow. But he chose that. Im glad Arteta carried him off. Arteta of last season wouldn't make such move. Improved!!! Eze in particular don hit post many times. I believe the net will love to give him goals going forward.

Kai will be fully available this November. Noni will be available before our Chelsea game on Nov 30th. He needs to score that game. GJ also should be Nov/Dec.

Oya credit me too. I screamed for squad depth and rotation. 😎😹

Im flattered that nobody is even mentioning Odegaard that is way way important to this team, especially on UCL night. If that guy fully returns, omo!!!

Nice! Can’t wait to have them back, especially Odegaard and Kai.

But I think the squad depth issue has been visible for all to see.

Visible? Maybe after myself and Oyindamola make it a common theme since 2023 sha. Im glad for Berta emergence. Heinze seems to be toughening these guys as well.

🗣️Arteta on if people are beating Arsenal with stick over set pieces and 1-0 wins

"We discussed the other day of the close relationship of keeping clean sheets and winning major trophies. That's a foundation we are building over the last three years.

On comments that if Arsenal does something, everyone has something to say:

🗣️Arteta -  "Probably it is true, it's such a big club that we make a lot of noise with it. But that means people re paying attention to that. We know our history, hopefully we are making noise for the big things."

One thing you can't deny is Arteta knows how to handle the press. Sarcasm o.. Humour o, he too sabi.

LMAO!!! my bro! Oya you win.

What’s your prediction for tonight’s came?

This match is personal to me.

I want us to beat Brighton black and blue.

4-0 would be nice.

The fact remained that someone had an agreement before Bertha came.

We need to improve in our attack. There's no real improvement in terms of performance compared to last season.

The only reason it's not showing is because our defending improved.

A weak attack will make it difficult for us to win games. Like as we saw against Crystal Palace.

Attack win games. Defense win titles.

I think i'll agree with you on the attack not improving from last season and we need to do better.
our open play goals isn't much encouraging

It's a decent lineup TBH. Harriman-Annous starting makes it somewhat weaker. Could have been Chidi-Obi.

A win is okay. Team B can show why they are good for a spot as well. Overall, a continuation of clean sheet is my top most desire.

this is the first time of the xl playing together and it's against a Brighton side that is playing their strong side. If we can win, I will take it but truly, I am not optimistic. I was thinking we would throw in strong experienced players on each section. Was thinking Gabriel in defence and Merino in attack

That they're playing together for the first time doesn't really matter though. That lineup is not that bad but doesn't give assurance like the one we're used to. Let's just observe.

White must have rejected the captain band cos I see no reason why Merino is captaining us. Anyway, W is all that matters

I so love this line up honestly.

Aretata is beginning to have sense. We need to prioritise games and this is the right thing to do.

Journey is still long let them play.win or lose I am okay with it

And is it down to the system or the players? Because we all agree that we have a strong squad.

But yeah, the attack really needs to improve.
