I'm also an evangelist however the person in the photos is a close friend who's being reaching out to those in remote areas up north with the Gospel for over 10 years now. This sounds very pleasant to the ear.... but did you consider this increase in the value of the Naira has to do with the weakening of the Dollar? The value of other currencies have also shown an increase corresponding with the decline of the dollar. If what you're saying is correct then as Dangote increase production we should be seeing a corresponding increase and no more decrease in its value. Let's not get all carried away with this insignificant bump in the Naira.
