Lagos was ranked as one of the best cities to live in and attracted many expatriates and foreigners until 1999 when tinubu took over and turned it into a slum with black smelly waters and creeks everywhere you go, infested by terrible mosquitoes and no drainage ls . Inspite of embezzlement of the revenue for the past 20 years and amassing billions of dollars in debt, they couldn’t build a single standard hospital or world class school…smh 10 Likes 1 Share |

Bottomline Shame on Lagos!!! Where Govt and the Trad Rulers are more concerned with Aesthetics and PR than with making that city way better than Nairobi or Windhoek. They're trying to silently prove that without FG, they have no grand plan to be a top world destination for tourists to come and splash funds the way they do at Rio de Janeiro, Banjui, Capo Verde, or even Zanzibar. They boast of trillions annually but even Accommodations issues are less important than demolition works. Lagosians deserve better. A former capital city deserves even wat better. A city with ports of such magnitude deserves the roads leading to the ports to be multilayered, topnotched and even a cargo train ought to be in place by now. But here we are.
