Is not easy for a country to have a population, development, and all it takes to be city. It takes a lot to build a city. So far that all the mention qualifies to be city, is possible to have low, medium and high class people in the city. Take Lagos as example, Lagos has everything, low, medium, standard and higher class

Lagos was ranked as one of the best cities to live in and attracted many expatriates and foreigners until 1999 when tinubu took over and turned it into a slum with black smelly waters and creeks everywhere you go, infested by terrible mosquitoes and no drainage ls . Inspite of embezzlement of the revenue for the past 20 years and amassing billions of dollars in debt, they couldn’t build a single standard hospital or world class school…smh

southwest would have been the most backward region in Nigeria even the most backward northern Nigeria region would have far better than your region

Lagos was not even Nigerian greatest City pre and at Independence it was THE CITY OF IBADAN.

Lagos as existed as a state like any state in southeast since in 1966....learn to differentiate Lagos FCT which is just 1/5 of the present Lagos and Lagos state.A place like Ikeja As never youur capital shinedu,most industrial estates in Ikeja was constructd by Awolowo of old western Nigeria.
