A Yahoo boy is a genius, and needs rehabilitation and redirection?

While he chose fraud, another young man is learning carpentry, hawking bottled water, cleaning the streets, washing cars just to survive. Despite the pressures of making it fast and quick, he decided to suffer to eat, than cause someone emotional harm by stealing

Among these two, who truly deserves rehabilitation abi na redirection?

What kind of rehabilitation will you give to someone who is accustomed with driving a Benz and living on stolen millions, month to month?
Rehabilitation and redirection are corrective measures. You correct what is wrong not what is right. You encourage what is right.

You want to make that Yahoo boy apply whatever skills he is using to dupe people into productive ventures for the overall benefit of society.

Leadership is about making society better.

If Tinubu had undergone rehabilitation and redirection, he would not be snatching it, grabbing it and running away with stolen mandate. He would see governance as a means of self gratification (as the Yahoo boy thinks) but for public good.

When will Ramdeuter and his crony Airmark come and apologise to me for saying that the presidential pardon was reckless and foolish.

Now that some bits of sense have entered the president's head, these praise-singers and hypemen of nonsense should apologise to me.
What was reckless and foolish about it? They gave an initial list from the ministry of Justice and it was later pruned down

Why is nobody talking about the 15% import Tariff on petroleum products that was recently approved by Tinubu ?

Abi una no know say fuel go soon cost ? And when fuel price goes up, price of every other thing follows .

As of today we consume 60% imported PMS and 40% locally refined PMS ; that means we don’t have enough local refining capacity . Yet, FG has placed 15% tariff/tax on imported PMS .

I know this is the hand of Dangote in a bid to push for the monopoly he has always wanted . I just hope these people will not use their hand to scatter this country with more and more hardship they keep inflicting on the masses .

PS: The Tariff implementation is with immediate effect .

I am not an engineer and know nothing about construction, but I can predict this road will not last one year .

What else does he want from Nigerians?? Its either it's a new tax, levy or an increment on standing ones.. I'm yet to see an economic benefit that Nigerians have gotten from his administration since inception..

I've never seen an anti people government like this one...I was skeptical when they were celebrating their usual economic milestone this week; "THE PRICE OF RICE HAS COME DOWN"..

The decision-making ability of the people currently in power is really really questionable.

I know they will most likely come up with argument that this 15% import tariff is aimed at encouraging local refining and giving advantage to local production over importation, but that can only make sense when we have enough local refining ability and some marketers still decide to import.

As it stands Dangote refinery still struggles to cater for 40% of our petroleum consumption and NNPC refineries are still shut down. That means we still import at least 60% of the refined petroleum products we consume. It's obvious the importation cost will jump up, and it will reflect in the pump price very soon.

Even if Dangote decides to keep his own price where it is, how many people can realistically have access to his products?

It will, the road is not a busy one and they have drainage

I don't think so.
I have seen a road done like this before where I used to live in the past ; the asphalt on that road washed off as soon as the rains started heavily. That it has drainage doesn't matter.

You say it's not a busy road, just wait till there's traffic on the express and people start passing the street as shortcut to bypass traffic. Even roads inside estates get busy when people try to bypass express traffic.

Why should he?
He can increase his price but still have it below price of imported fuel😁

At the end of the day, the common man will be at the receiving end.

Nigerians who gullibly support every government's decision (either because of political bias or tribal bias) still don't know how their sentiments is being used to make life harder for them as each day passes by.

This has to be something worse than incompetence now..BAT and his team cannot say they don't know all these calculations..

The entire list of coup plotters (if true), are all Northerners.

How did Sylvia assemble only Northerners for the coup?

I'm starting to doubt this story

Temperature don drop steady.
We seeing shorter days now, woke up on Sunday by 7:30am and everywhere was dark. That was a weird thing to experience.

Smally wey just start daycare just dey bring flu come give me and madam.
Our immune system dey fight for e life😭 especially when you add the change in temperature too.

I cannot believe in just 6 months, my body actually handles 10 degree temperature like it's warm. Crazy something.
Oh we have been taught how to layer clothes this period too.

Na to drive for snow be the next experience I dey wait to master😁

Sylva may not be the brain behind the whole thing, but the financial muscle behind them.

I don't think he will be the only politician involve, it mmight just be he's the only civilian that interfaces directly with the military guys. The other politicians involved may not be known to even the military guys already in detention.

I'm sure if dem carry Sylva enter sanko the remaining civilians involved will be known.

How you and the family?
We are doing great.

Day care is the headquarters of germs. Don’t fret too much about running nose, sneezing, cold, low grade fever. However, keep a close eye on stuff like hand, foot and mouth, blisters around the body and dry cough. Hopefully, the daycare is open about infections in their school and update parents when it happens.

The human body is a marvel, it is the greatest. Believe it or not, your kids will adapt to the weather/ climate faster than the adults in your home. I never knew what allergies were until I moved to States. Buy like 2 extra winter jackets for each kid because dem go loose one or two sef for sure.

During this winter, make sure you guys have opportunities to go outside to see sunlight before it gets dark, because it greatly affects mood. Otherwise everybody go just dey vex and nobody go understand why.

As for driving, you go learn as you go. Avoid excessive braking, especially if u start skidding. Also, make sure you have great winter tires.

I am happy for you and your family!

Hmmm?

But you were justifying the reckless parsons. Maryam Sanda for example was given 12 years instead of freedom. Those Tinubu's ex colleagues were no longer pardoned

Meanwhile, I have listened to Obi and Tinubu's statement on Yahoo boys, and I find both of them disappointing

What's worse is even the need for people to defend any part of their speech.

People who have caused pain, reproach and a moral decay to our society, is who needs rehabilitation and direction.

Make we kuku grant armed robbers, kidnappers and every every, rehabilitation nau.
Welcome to Naija, you sound like we haven't been rehabilitating or pardoning those folks. grin

You are very right about both statement in a sane clime.

But in Nigeria where die hard terrorists have been reintroduced into d army and militant granted amnesty and re-welcomed into prosperity.

Those words (context) would be considered right cos yahooosm is less aggressive compared to the aforementioned crime.

My opinion
Oh! Someone already beat me to it. grin
