That guy should've been deleted from your contacts by now. Once I sense you're not getting productive after the initial giving, then you're on your own.

The man got cozy thinking he's got a rich brother (like plenty of our Naija babes). The best move is to stop giving him for a year or two till you see he's got specific plans for the cash, ones you're actually aware of. Then tell him if he flops, it's on him - no blame on you. You could even get your family to witness when you're handing over the money, so he ain't got no excuses.

And if you decide to cut him off, that's your call. Don't let nobody get comfortable with your hard-earned sweat.

Many Nigerians abroad are cash cows and sometimes they fall more than once. You'll give someone money to start a business they have been telling you about how well it's going. Shop or goods that they paid for, you won't see. One day they'll call you that people came and looted their shop. Small time they'll start begging again. What do they even do with these money? Did they just waste it on food and lifestyle or they saved it and just want to extort more from you?

Your message was right. You need to place such people to where they belong

They don't even know that.. I know how to intentionally avoid these family people dey tax me anyhow. When it comes to support, I dey do my best. You did not check if he was on any business before given him such amount of money. Money you should have just used to drop him somewhere abroad to start a new life for himself and then Forget about him. That way he will have no excuse to ask you for money anymore

Abeg oh, where i fit see this kind of relative sef. Cos, i no go ask for money like this, i mean every now and then. Just gimme 1million, and block me. Some people get luck sha. All my struggles for this life i never see helper. We adjust to any situation we find ourselves. No complain. We muuuve.
