It's crazy that Russia still takes all the blame on this thread.

Russia that is currently fighting the biggest & most sophisticated war since WW2 still somehow finds time to supply weapons to Africa, Venezuela, Iran, North Korea, Belarus, India, Bangladesh and Malaysia.

While China does nothing.
