Paternity fraud will always remain a civil case, you know why? Because the same traditions that require women to have children in marriage or risk being labeled as damaged, including those that have men dangling marriage over women, brainwash women into believing that they have no worth without a man, help fuel paternity fraud.

Now, if women are raised to see that their worth is not dependent on whether a man is in their lives or not, and that they are responsible for their life and living the same as men, including the fact that their worth is independent of whether they have kids or not, among other things, then you would see created the situation for the labeling of paternity fraud as a criminal offense. Otherwise, it cannot in good faith be criminalized. Till then, stop whining that it is not a crime.
