A particular house has been built in my area for over 5 years and people has been living there, but there was nothing like barbwire or any security thing or whatever, but it was when thief enter and stole that they now reason to put barbwire buy security dog and electric fence, it's just like having sex with no condom and after contacting Hiv the person now starts using condoms does that make any sense, why not protect yourself from the very first day..
