Some are prisoners in London, some in America, some at their workplace, some in their household. One way or the other, we're all prisoners.

But in my own case, I'm the warden of my prison. If I decide to open the gates tomorrow, I'll be free. But for now, I'm enjoying the "prison".

they are more considerate. The list is not that much (you buy a few items for the parents and the lady). Then a few crates of drinks, kola, sweet (candies) two or three bags of salt, nothing much like that. I was the only one who went to collect the list because other members of my family live very far away. The Northerners are very simple people. The " Traditional wedding" which is called "Introduction" is done within the confines of the lady's compound without the usual noise and party that is associated with the Southerners. Just show up with your family, show the items which are already displayed for her family and friends to see, fix a date for the "white" wedding, introduction Don finish, not more than 2 hours. No party, no music, just light entertainment depends on your pocket sha.

Mobile registrations are only one method to get a hint. There are many methods which even include population estimation by satellite images. The population of Nigeria is not estimated only by census. International bodies have sound technical ways of estimating it and many such bodies estimate us at 230 million.

What about the voters register, it's entirely fake as well?

What about NIN. Do you know 126 Million have been registered so far?

What about BVNs, do you know it's over 60 million as of this year?

There are many pointers that we are FAR over a hundred million.

Bros, in road design and construction, there are considerations for impact of water. Most roads in the south are of poor quality and maintenanceis poor. Let's be truthful.

Don't use rain to cover your greedy politicians in the south, North have more quality roads than south.rain or without rain the roads will more than the ones in South.

oga I'm currently in the south, I'm currently in ogun state, and I travel around, my job requires I do so.... You can't have all this bad roads and blame it all on rainfall.... I served in Ekiti and it rained throughout my stay there, rain started around march and was still falling in December, they have good road network, even in remote villages, most of their roads are old but have good drainages and they are regularly maintained....
I'm in ogun now and I see all dis bad roads, u can't blame everything on rainfall sir...

Dear NL members it's been a while I wrote about my travels (my sincere apologies) been busy with life....Nysc etc and the devastating losses I encountered. To bring you people to speed i have travelled SA, Namibia, Ethiopia and other countries since I last posted. Today I will be starting a new journey to South Sundan from Maiduguri via Cameroon and chad.


Follow up as I will be posting my life updates gradually.

The first part (when I started recording) was from Jos where I joined a vehicle headed to Maiduguri takes six hours by road through Damtura then finally Maiduguri

We moved from Muna Garage in Maiduguri. You have to have your passport and be friendly with everyone cos road can chnage ooo... I changed to cefa two thousand cefa is twenty five thousand naira. I also got water and had someone tie my head gear. When we got to gom we where told we can't pass till nine 9am as that when they open the gate to the town (its close to Mafa ) where hoko haram attacked so you can tell. Attached are random pic

From Muna Garage we stopped at Mafa (omo Boko Haram Attavks was still visible ooo) plenty burnt trucks etc....From there we moved to Ajiri there we where delayed for 3 hours cos they needed to do a clearance operation against boko haram mines on the road....and we finally got to Gamboru...attached are random pictures

You have to understand that the west African CFA which you are referring to is different from the CFA the poster is using which I believe is centra African CFA

With due respect let me enlighten you a little

There are two types of CFA in use in Africa:

1. The west African CFA with ISO code "XOF" and issuing authority being "BCEAO" which is in circulation in about eight African countries

2. The central African CFA with ISO code "XAF" issuing authority is "BEAC" which is in circulation in about 6countries.

You dare not spend Cameroon CFA in Benin Republic, it's practically impossible.
