He played a formation that got him a win against Frankfurt and improved fluidity why revert back to the old one against Brentford .. I'd have prefer Salah in a 442 with him and ekitike up front .. man cannot move past a man why not play him up front in front of goal where he can atleast scramble in goals for the love of us .. . Arne slot is not just tactical but also not smart and I think he's still looking down on some of this club which is why he went back to the non working formation .. He's got a lot of work to do in a nutshell... |

bentenny:If Iraola doesn't want to leave. I would suggest a wildcard option. CESC FABREGAS He took charge of FC Como and got them promoted to the Serie A for the first time in 21 years. He finished 10th in his first season and he currently has them sitting 5th on the Serie A table. He's a very intelligent young manager who understands football. He's not stubborn like Amorim. Cesc Fàbregas's preferred formation is a 4-2-3-1, which he adapts in possession to a 3-2-4-1 by having a full-back push forward. He also uses a 4-3-3, a 4-1-4-1 when defending, and a 4-2-2-2 system, showing his flexibility in formations. His tactics emphasize building from the back, controlling the midfield, and fluid movement. Gone are the days when big clubs in Europe rotate the same high profile managers. Young managers with zero experience coaching elite clubs are stepping up nowadays. Bayern Munich took a risk by getting Kompany after he relegated Burnley and he transformed the club in less than two seasons. Young managers are 50/50 but you'll never know which one will turn out great until you take the risk and hire them. |
