But fellow patriot, why have we(our party and the presidency) been restless since Trump's statement?

We have the greatest army in Africa and we have an apex strategist and the smartest politician as the president.

Why can't we just sit calm, wait for Trump to come through with his threats. Then we retaliate and teach them a lesson they'll never forget.

We could as well defend our territory with all our state of the art arsenal and make sure the US Army never touches the Nigerian soil.

Why are you all Gbadorians now seeking the validation of Atiku and Obi and begging them to make statements? I thought Tinubu wanted a one-party state? Are you all now seeing the benefits of having opposition voices in a democracy? The presidency is even celebrating Kwankwaso's comments on their handle and translating it to hausa when the original statement was delivered in English (we wonder why). We can see that the pressure is on.

Unfortunately, Kwankwaso can hardly be regarded as "opposition" as he indirectly worked for Tinubu in 2023 and is still being wooed as a prospective VP to Tinubu in 2027. Neither Atiku nor Obi will be commenting in the matter. Consider it a favour and move on.
