Wike currently on Politics Today on Channels TV said the opposition are behind the killings in Nigeria. He said that was the tactics employed by opposition in 2015 to take over power from Jonathan .

He said the aim is to prevent Tinubu from contesting or winning the 2027 general elections . When asked to provide evidence for his claim by Segun the host , he responded its very clear the antics of the opposition
