Anything that will bring an end to this is welcomed.

Never forget, Amoto openly admitted to supporting death penalty for blasphemy on this very thread. He's the only northerner that has admitted such here, but we all know the others also have such sentiments.

They burned Deborah alive because she said "stop posting religious stuff here, this isn't a religious group" on her school platform, and amoto and his people supported it. How can any sane individual be happy to share a country with people who have such barbaric mindset??
He's in denial, or maybe he's actually a bad person to be around. His mentality stinks.

Twice people Don try sympathize with me for office about the "Christian genocide".

I Don provide context say both Muslims dey also die too.. But this matter Don spread.
And I sometimes see the disappointment when I give context that Muslims are also getting killed.
I don't get this idea of Muslims also getting killed as the excuse that a genocide isn't happening. We keep saying this and it keeps fuelling the issue.

If the people perpetrating the killings are Islam extremist, then whether their fellow Muslims are caught up in the killings becomes immaterial.

And use them to fund the antiterrorism action

The kind of rhetoric Trump used against Nigeria, he hasn't used that rhetoric for any other country. Even when he claimed a white genocide was ongoing in South Africa, he never said he'll invade South Africa. Even while dealing with dictator Maduro, he has never openly said he'll invade Venezuela.

For him to make that statement, two things are involved;
1. They don't rate Nigeria at all. South Africa has far more influence than Nigeria. We need to stop deceiving ourselves that we are 'giant of Africa'. The ‘Giant of Africa’ slogan is pure local PR, not a global fact.

2. They have concrete data, and evidence that a Christian genocide is ongoing in Nigeria . They have established all the facts, and determined the Nigerian government is complicit in everything going on.

Both options are concurrently true in this case.
The bolded is very true,Folks like Slowludo and likes even on this thread thinks Trump is just being Trump.

Look at bwala..look at onanuga. All of a sudden, they know how to speak in a civil manner. Imagine that!!!

Out of nowhere..we are now brothers who dine on the same table, and we should join hands with them
Onanuga was threatening Igbos in Lagos, then suddenly we should all be united as patriots.

It's nothing new?

For 40 years, you have witnessed the killing of Christians. Then when help is suggested, you claim it's because of resources. Same resources the bandits are after and politicians have stolen from the people.

For 40 years you didn't condemn the killings but now you attack the helper.

May God punish you, Pst Wale Adefarasin

Because we know Muslims get killed alot too.
That's alot of price to pay for genocide.

My major anger with Islamic guys is the way they kept quiet on purpose. Even those that attempted to cry out faced backlash from their own.

It's easy to look at that and say all of them are conniving.
Atleast that's how I choose to see it.

It would be barbaric to sacrifice your own just to target Christians. Omo

States should remain vigilant and actively secure their borders. Knowing that Trump's Guns-a-blazing (God's wr9th) is approaching fast, these T3rro. r1st may try to flee and seek refuge in various parts of Nigeria.

Chad has already closed its borders, but there's Slowlodo clowning.

I have less fear for the terrorists for bush than these kind of muslims. Have a lot of them as friends growing up and I observe that the less devout they are the more tolerant. That lack of tolerance is really what puts me off.

The problem is these so called moderates that you shine teeth with on your day to day, when things like these happen will now start to gaslight you like that Bello Galadanchi for example. I avoid them pass Taliban cos at least with those ones you know where you stand. You can't find loophole or verses that support this kind of wickedness and still be screaming Islamophobia

You will play ball together, share food and banter but if religious crisis sup they will point the jihadis to your doormot

We all know this so why are they not crying too? They should also be joining people to find solutions to this.

There's just a thing about it and the religion that makes it a fertile ground for extremism and intolerance. The only relatively normal and radical ones are the ones that don't carry it for head

I just find it ironic that the people that cry about Palestine are quiet and even trying to gag and silence people speaking about their own compatriots being slaughtered

There have been attacks and reprisals in the places where lives and properties are lost in the hands of criminals from either sides. Is there any justification for the cycle of violence perpetuated by both sides, there's no justification.
It is failure of the authorities to dispense justice to victims and their families that's causing this never ending cycle of violence. The violence is not one-sided and the root cause is complex
Load of hogwash and word salad. You're a very dishonest fellow.

I'm sure you're also one of those that believe herdsmen and farmers are clashing instead of the truth which is herdsmen slaughtering farmers

BlueRayDick:
Grand master, please tell us the origin of initial attack that made Fulani kill 80 villagers and attempted to kill 262 more.

Since you have an idea of the complex root cause to these targeted killings, tell us what triggered the Jihadists sack 102 communities in Plateau state and displaced the original occupants.

What grave sin did they commit against the Fulani Jihadists that made them attack defenseless villagers in the dead of the night setting their houses ablaze and slaughtering anyone on sight.

In December 2024, Christians who were holding a Christmas procession in Gombe state were killed after a truck rammed into them leaving 8 people dead and 22 injured. In same vein during the 2025 Easter celebrations another driver deliberately rammed into a procession of Christians in same Gombe state. In fact, there is a pattern to this in Gombe state because similar thing happened in 2019.

Pray tell what original sin these people committed that led to the so called "reprisal attacks" theory you are propounding here now.
You get time. These are the ones that gaslight you from the sidelines cos them no too get mind carry weapon while the feral terrorists continue their evil work.

There is a kinship these people share with them that makes any debate a complete waste of time. Ask him to give just one instance where the other side has attacked their enclave in the North
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by A40(m): 5:55am On Nov 04, 2025
TemporaryHansel:
The issue in the north is purely an ideological problem. Any Nigerian government can end the insecurity there within a month, but the problem is the northerners see the terrorists as their brothers because of religion. When government starts pounding the terrorists, the northerners will say you're attacking their brothers, that is why no Nigerian government wants to attend to the issue because they need votes from northerners after all.

As you can see, this issue can only be solved by dividing the country, so that they can deal with their brothers themselves.
The long and short of it

To think Tinubu wanted to invade Niger ( a sovereign nation) when he was barely 3 months in office simply beavuse there was regime change in the country.

The people talking about sovereignty today supported that move back then and were arguing Nigeria has a role to play as the African big brother and Balablu being ECOWAS chairman.

Today America is saying fix the incessant killings of christians by Fulani Jihadists in your country or we come do it for you and suddenly they all remember Nigeria is a sovereign nation which America has no right to poke nose into it's internal affairs.

The hypocrisy stinks! 🤮

We already know what he is, but we need to let other unsuspecting readers know exactly what he is, lest they take his opinion as that of a neutral rational third party.

People like him will write papers on Sharia law and Islamic jurisprudence. They will tell you Sharia law is the right of a Muslim and should be allowed to judge matters(both civil and criminal) involving Muslims, but they will never come out to explain why non Muslims have been beheaded, stoned to death or set ablaze over issues relating to blasphemy which has nothing to do with non Muslims .

If blasphemy is deeply rooted in Sharia, why is a non Muslim getting killed for an alleged crime committed under a system of law he's not subject to?

The fact that people like Amoto and Bashir Ahmad with their education will defend the babarism is just neausating. They give the radicals morale support from the sidelines and won't hesitate to defend the radicals when secular law catches up with them. A case in point is the arrested killers of Deborah that had over 30 Muslim lawyers showing up for them in court to defend them.
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Amoto94(m): 6:51am On Nov 04, 2025
It didnt even take me up to 2 mins of Google search to see links of incident in Barkin Ladi where the leader of Fulanis said that killings targeted at their kinsmen are not reported and they don't get justice when they report to authorities, when we fail to address issues holistically we give room to a vicious cycle of violence by all. There have been cases where one group will attack the other and the other group will do reprisals.
It was in Plateau that General Alkali was killed and dumped in a pond full of water, when authorities went on a fact finding mission the women came out protesting naked that the pond is a spiritual pond only for it to be found out that they've been dumping human bodies in that pond for years. In June this years 12 people on a bus going for wedding in Zaria were killed in Mangu.

This attempt to deflect responsibility off the FG will not work.

Deborah was killed by an irate mob; arrests were made after much public outrage and some of the perpetrators were charged to court.

Note that FG controls state apparatus like the police who arrested the alleged killers and has the responsibility to prosecute them in a law court.

What we read was that the police prosecutor failed to show up in court repeatedly to present evidences against the accused ( tons of evidences which me and you saw online including clip of the accused making a video while setting deborah ablaze). The magistrate presiding over the case had no choice but to discharge the alleged murderers for failure of the state (FG) to provide evidences against them.

Buhari was the president in 2022 when the incident happened so we all can read the handwriting on the wall that himself and the fundamentalists in his government don't fancy the idea of "true believer" getting convicted over the death of an infidel like Deborah.

Tinubu the moderate has been in office for 2 years counting and no rearrest has been made to make a statement that his government doesn't tolerate murder of non Muslims over issues that has nothing to do with faith in Muhammed.

Which of these is the faulf of state government? What would the state government have done to change the tide of things? Remember the state commissioner of police whose boys failed to appear in court to prosecute Deborah's killers are answerable to the IG and the IG is answerable to the President/GCFR.

I can go on and on to show you how governors can't do beyond forming paramilitary agencies who only carry small or no firearms in "combating terrorism and genocide", but the buck still stops on the table of whoever heads the FG.

If Tinubu wants to go all out to quash these terrorists and non state actors, he has the wherewithal to do that but we know the fear of loss of political goodwill won't allow him do just that.

SUMMARY : Governors have their fault but FG (Irrespective of who is heading it now) has majority of the blame for not doing enough to stop the killings. The fear of loss of political goodwill is making them pat terrorists on the back. Let's not forget It's still same FG that is integrating terrorists into the military
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Amoto94(m): 7:03am On Nov 04, 2025
The hypocrisy of some you on this thread is nauseating in the sense that some of you have cheered on incident of mob action and turn around to accuse me of something I never supported to drive home your agenda. The security challenges are complex with different dimensions, if you fail to recognize and accept this stark reality and choose to push one-sided dangerous narrative, then I won't watch by and not counter the falsehood. If you like call me names as you usually do I'm less bothered by that and I will continue to expose you lots for your faux outrage and belligerent lies
