According to Amoto, the death penalty was yet to be announced by his sharia court so he doesn't support what the mob did to her, but once the sharia court pronounce you guilty of blasphemy, he's in full support of killing you.

My post didn't absolve Tinubu as Blueraydick obviously goofed by jumping into that conclusion. I had blamed Tinubu for not doing enough, does that mean I must not blame the state Governors too?

GEJ was a weakling to the North and everyone saw it. Tinubu should do better but he is not a weakling like GEJ.

Tinubu was already a 2-term ex-governor as at 2014 when he called out Jonathan telling him the buck stops on his table.

Shebi Tinubu knew governors collect unconstitutional security votes that is not subject to any auditing or legislative oversight before asking Jonathan to take responsibility. Somebody is now saying governor should fight terrorism on behalf of FG because same Tinubu is now president.

I never said that what I said at the time was if she was accused let her state her case in a court and let those train in jurisprudence try her- this is a standard judicial procedure where an accused is asked to stand and defend his innocence. I never said she was guilty of what she was accused of because I don't know what happened and I'm not a Hausa speaker, so how can I pass judgment on a case I know nothing about?

Maybe because the likes of Obi as Governor, were not as powerless as Blueraydick posted and
only GEJ failed in his responsibilities. Hence, why GEJ was solely targeted. Obi used security agencies to tackle insecurity but the Governors now can't.

That was how some people too were saying the man whose shop seized was supposed to go to Sharia court to plead his case. Person wey no be Muslim o.

I think this whole issue started from Obasanjo era in the early 2000's when they allowed dem Kwankwanso and co to introduce Sharia in the core northern states. The law was not supposed to apply to minority population who are non Muslims, but experience has shown that in fact they get punished under Sharia law except they quickly make noise on social media like the shop guy did.
