He could have easily opened his defence with his legal team and called witnesses who witnessed the army attacking him and his household

Why is court cases and judgement slow in Nigeria..see Simon ekpa court case in Finland within 6 months his court case was finalized and he was presecuted and jailed.
But Nnamdi kanu court case since 2021 ... Nnamdi kanu court case went up to supreme court for final supreme court judgement..and later now brought back to federal high court to start from square one
Nnamdi kanu is even fade up and tired of all this Nigeria court processes and delays
