He’s simply one of the ancient gods just like the deities found in your (our) ancestral traditions. That’s where real power lies, not in the Christian God. By the way, I don’t believe in the Christian God, but I do believe in God and gods.

She even mentioned their name — it’s a global one — and all they wanted was for me to accept the offer and wait for further contact.
