How much is Tfare on average in a month.its very important too.i spend on average as a married guyman 230-260k with with around 60k from the said amount bn cash I send to my people.
I tracked my salary for a period of 3month and calculated the average amount I spend every month.we need an understanding wife Sha because this Tinubu era no be am, they made a policy and it's only the political class that are enjoying the gains from it.
U will waste cash eating food outside Sha and the quality can not be guaranteed.

I am a bachelor too residing in PH. I used to spend closely 3.5k each day for eating outside but recently I switched to cooking. Bought food stuffs in bulk closely 110k. Trying to see the difference and profitability. For now I eat what I cook, extra can be twice grin

, satisfaction is guaranteed till i get back home after work. The truth is that I don't cook another thing without finishing what i have left in the pot. My major food stuffs can carry me till next year the way i am seeing it, stuffs like rice, garri, noodles etc. Coking soup is challenging i don't want to mess up grin

. So if i try and fail, swallow will be outside.

I don't buy food daily, every month end, I buy stocks in bulk and they carry me till month end. I barely eat at restaurants unless it's necessary but on occasion.

From your 200k you can plan yourself. Since you said you are a bachelor. For a start you could keep 70-80k for feeding in a month. If you buy rice, beans, yam, seasoning cubes, oil (both red and vegetable oil), onions, buy dry pepper probably a modu then grind and put in a container.

Garri probably 2k should carry for a month...
And other ingredients. This won't exceed 70k...

Keep small change for fruits, it's very important. At least twice a week you need some fruits.

On average I spend 7-12k feeding daily depends on where I am at the time.

I only spend a bit less on food if my babe is around, she’ll cook plenty food for us.

I spend quite less because I barely eat out and I cook all my meals. Eating out to me, is just a way to reward myself for something I was able to achieve. Because for real, to eat quality food outside is between 5k to 8k in South South.

It's hightime you started cooking most of the food you eat at home. It is the only way for you to look nourished and healthy. If you can't cook, get a financial independent lady as a gf to support you and both of you should get married. Yes, it is possible if you avoid expensive wedding and focus more on the bride price. Avoid liability ladies and parasite ladies at all cost.
