Solomon from Ohuhu, Oju LGA of Benue state was found dead yesterday around Eko Atlantic in Lagos

He was beaten to death by security operatives around the area who were looking for suspected criminals who tried stealing iron rods from the construction site in Eko Atlantic.

He was just on his way to the site where he also works, and they accused him of being amongst the thieves. He was not allowed to prove his innocence even after several pleas by him that he is not among them.

The security folks had him beaten till death and left his body at the river bank since Friday last week.
