Did he really do this? You don't publicly announce you are going to engage in illegal activities undecided
He did.

That's how NDLEA got to know .

The idiot got his post reported to NDLEA.

NDLEA did an undercover stake out on the day of the drug party and then raided the place after they found his club staff openly selling drugs.

NDLEA agents even bought drugs from the club manager.

Oga this your comment no make sense at all. If Igbos are drug merchants, that should be enough reason you should support their agitation so that they leave Nigeria and be on their own. Anything other than this is poop
What's my business with your stupid Biafra agitation ?

Will I vote in a referendum held in your SE for your Biafra?

Am I in anyway representing you or any SE constituency in the state and national assembly?

Is it me that will grant you your useless Biafra ? Or am I the one blocking your useless Biafra from emerging?

If e reach your turn go build for Gaza

NwaAmaikpe:
shocked

Everyone recognizes Lagos as a fertile land of infinite opportunities, but precedence and common sense has proven to the wise that what is good for the goose is not always good for the gander in such a land.

Times are changing, and when the music changes, the dance should change as well.
Deliberate efforts are being made to rewrite Lagos's history and erase the impacts of the selfless many, who identified Lagos as a No Man's land and made it what it is today with their sweat, resources and toil.

There's an Igbo proverb which says that the river only swallows the person whose feet it sees, so make of this what you make of it when you realize that Kuti's New Afrika Shrine is blazing with weed, Sheyman's Secret Palace is open, Peller's Quillox is bubbling, but Pretty Mike's Proxy is undergoing an interim forfeiture.

But verily verily I say unto you, "It is more profitable for an Igboman to build a 5-star hotel in Gaza or to open a holiday camp in Dafur, than to invest in a kiosk in Emilokan's Lagos of today."

Another mans land? You guys are very ignorant and dont know how the world works... it is yorubaland, yoruba no dey sell land to non yoruba? No matter ehat you think, this lagos is a city for all, just as nogeria isba place for all and no one has any right to tell anybody to leave or not leave. When i see comments like these, i can tell the paupwrs amongst you. The ones who are angry that people from other places come and thrive in other places. Its not only lagps igbos thrive, they thrive elsewhere because they are diligent, disciplined and look for opportunities to better their lives. Instead of ypu to ask, how do they do it. You are here being angry. The funny thing is that most of you that shout yorubaland, you guys dont even reside and probably have never been to the lagos you claim so much like this. You and your families own nothing here. I am even more lagosian than you.

Once again, how ignorant you guys are, i cant imagine moving to newyork, zurich, london, stockkholm, prague, moscow or johannesburg and spent a reasonable amount of time there, raised a family bought a house and someone is angry and say i should go back to my country, or i am not from that city, this is how absurb i see you "lagos is a yorubaland" claimers to be. The city you guys so much love to compare with other top cities in the world but want to use tribalism to control it. Like i said, these set of wickedblagos politocoans will soon fade away, i am young enough to attest i will be here and watch their passing especially the ones that decided to use tribalism to run the state..

You will need a much better reason to takeaway ownership of properties owned by non indigenes in the inner cities
grin long piece of garbage…all this long epistle just because of your obsession with yorubaland? When it’s suite your warped narrative you remember one Nigeria but in another breath, you are begging for freedom and want your biafla.

And to you clown, yeebos re the only tribe thriving and successful in Lagos? So the Yorubas were not thriving and successful before you economic migrants started migrating to Lagos? Yorubas are still the most progressive and most prosperous tribe in Nigeria and that’s why our region is still the most developed and economically viable with safe and conducive environment that attracted you economic migrants to Lagos in search of greener pastures grin

You are living at our mercy that’s why you clowns can’t survive without our blessed land grin all your tears and grandstanding means nothing. You accuse us of tribalism while you hypocrites are the worst tribalist, you even segregate amongst yourself with your Osu caste system and wawa nonsense, no wonder no one finds your region attractive for investment and yet you think you have the moral right to accuse us of what you re guilty of? Keep living in your delusion that you re better than everyone else because you think you are the only one making money in Lagos🤣🤣🤣 the clown is even telling me I have never been to Lagos, what a clown…..proudly omo eko and I won’t even bother to dignifying you by explaining my roots in Lagos😂😂mgbeke feeling funky grin

If Aliko Dangote was an Igbo man, I know you guys would have claimed victim and paint the whole Pengassan saga in ethnic colouration.

NNPC also frustrated Dangote through DPR last year when Dangote accused them of operating Malta blending plant. Yet no one mentioned anything about tribe.

The car stand operated through proxy by Ola of Lagos was recently demolished for building under high tension wire yet there was no ethnic outcry.

You are among the 3 major tribes in Nigeria. You guys should stop this victim mentality.
If dangote was an Igbo man he won't get 10% of the advantage he got

Including 7 billion dollars interest free loan from cbn

To all the Lagos Igbos like pretty Mike good morning ooh

This can't happen if that club was in owerri

If you want to do business in Lagos rent

Or buy under a different company (preferably a she'll company from USA or England) then rent to yourself

Nigeria hate Igbos and they are no more hiding it

E remain cubana
So in Owerri, you will be allowed to sell, buy and smoke illegal narcotics in a night club? Doesn't it shame you that you can admit to this?

If Aligbo allows lawlessness of this sort, why should Ala Yoruba do?

How about Ndigbo that have been following the local laws dutifully all over Ala Yoruba, whilst running their businesses there, and don't have any issues with the authorities, should they relocate too.

Hopefully you will get over Peter Obí losing to President Tinubu one day.

MOST of your perspectives while playing the victim or ethnic card here are highly misleading and IRRESPONSIBLE. Whenever hard drugs are seized by the NDLEA under Nigerian law, the property on which those hard drugs are found are ALSO forfeited to the Federal Government of Nigeria. Instead of reading the article fully and condemning the heinous actions of your tribal kinsmen, you are busy spreading disinformation here.

One Ibo drug baron in Victoria Garden City in Ajah, Lagos State who was using his VGC house in 2023 to produce the highly toxic, cancer-causing methamphetamine illegally in a lab had that same house forfeited to the Federal Government and that was reported in the Guardian and other news outlets.

The WORSE part is that this criminal and his gang were contaminating the underground water table in VGC by pouring the toxic waste from the methamphetamine production in the ground [like his fellow arrested drug barons from the SE living in Lagos did while pretending to be legit Alaba International Naira "billionaires" but they were criminals in disguise] around various areas of Lagos State such as Ajao Estate, Satellite Town, Iba New Site, Asaba, Nnewi, Ozubulu, etc. This is why the NDLEA gave instructions for VGC residents NOT to drink water from underground water sources via there submersible water pumps if any.
Just name me one club in Lagos you can bet your life there is no drugs sold

Have you got any proof at all that President Tinubu ever sold drugs or ran a drugs organisation? Let's leave aside the fact that I never elected him.

Trump will be very interested so he can have leverage in the currency invasion discourse, feel free to send it to him or post it publicly.

So because other clubs turn a blind eye to drugs and haven't been bursted, this guy should do so too. Maybe they can afford to pay the police and he can't or maybe the guys he was paying off have been moved on (I know of one such incident) and the new broom are not interested.

Some men are selling their bodies to other men in Lagos, wny haven't you done the same, after all others are doing it.

I never mentioned tinubu but you named him proved my point

If all mean selling their body only those from a certain tribe are arrested and jailed then that's Tribalism

All clubs in Lagos sale drugs all, absolutely all

Why pick a new club

You didn't have to mention President Tinubu, I know you are still unhappy that he defeated Peter Obi despite losing Lagos state as well as street renaming done to remind people that Lagos is Ala Youuba.

If you are doing something illegal, then stop. Don't say because others are not been arrested blah blah. What mindset is it that you have going to someone else's ancestral homeland and wanting to engage in illegal activities?

God something is seriously wrong in your collective ways of reasoning.

Dud the courts order forfeiture of Quilox? I dare you to lie.
Are you so daft? The allegation determines what the judgement will be. Quilox was accused of causing prolonged traffic issues along that route and when the management sort to work on the issue, the club was re-opened. So if pretty Mike could proof his case, his property will be returned. But because you igbos are narrow minded set of people, you claim victim at any simple thing. Lawlessness won't be allowed in SW as you guys do in SE. No matter your noise, if any of you or your businesses erred, you'll be sanctioned. If SW can't spare their own, who are you?

Why should Ndigbo engage in illegal activities at all in Ala Yoruba, same as why should Ndi Yoruba engage illegal activities in Aligbo? Is doing things legally so bad that you must avoid it?

What kind of warped mindset do you have to think you are treated badly because other people doing things illegally like you are are getting away with it? Ah ah.

I don't know the type of places you patronise but the lounges , bars and clubs I have gone to do not openly sell drugs directly to their customers. Almost every joint I have been has a disclaimer prohibiting sale and consumption of narcotics.

No club is registered to be a den for drug peddling or consumption.

If that is what you are used to in your Owerri, that's not how it is elsewhere.

So all your argument is falls flat and useless .

This is just the height of arrogant foolishness. Indeed there is no where in the world that you don't find drug usage and peddling in clubs, but it still remains a crime, which is why it is done in secrecy. Having the audacity to announce it shows a reckless disregard for law, as well as a testament to the anyhowness of Nigeria. We have laws in this country and woe betide lawbreakers the day the government chooses to enforce them.

INTERIM forfeiture PENDING investigation. This is not final forfeiture.

The prosecutor doesn’t want the defendant to tamper with anything so that thorough investigation can be carried out.

If after investigation and nothing more incriminating that can warrant FINAL FORFEITURE is found out, the defendant’s final properties would be returned.
Long story short, the defendant is no longer on possession of the items forfeited, whose ownership now vests on the government pending whatever

The comparison in issue is between forfeiture and closure, not kinds of forfeiture

If you are a lawyer, you should know this
