Sleep paralysis happens when your soul returns to your body before your body has fully awakened.

In such a scenario you are consciously aware of your environment but your body is still partially dead. Because of this your soul is still able to retain some of its abilities like seeing into the immaterial world.

Fear usually takes over most people at this point and this fear acts as a beacon that attract entities who feed off of their fear and distress until their body awakens fully. It can be a scary experience. Sometimes people can even see these entities because their consciousness is still partially on level 2

The way out is to gain the understanding that you are a powerful being and those entities have no power over you

When we dream most of us aren't even aware that our souls are existing in another realm. In this state of unawareness, we end up manifesting random thoughts with zero control.

Lucid dreaming is the awareness that we are dreaming. It is the awareness that our souls are in a different realm; a realm where we have the power to create whatever reality we want and all we have to do is will it and it happens.

This power we have when we lucid dream is the same power we have as souls. But because we have been brainwashed and spiritually repressed, we have no access to these gifts in the physical plain

Most people are able to do it without being taught. I was able to lucid dream since I was a kid and I still do so

The only advice I can give is to imbibe the understanding that you are a soul existing in a body and the dream state is an opportunity for the soul to experience the immaterial world. This understanding is enough to gain awareness when in the dream state.

So what you saying is Christianity put fear in us by telling us if we sin and die we go hell, but in actuall sense if one dies, he/she reincarnates into anothet body and still remains here with us?

They were once on earth, they built all of the amazing architecture we see, and they have left. Maybe they left to other lands we don't have access to, or another planet. Who knows

We are the ones that stayed behind in this prison. Our souls were put in new bodies and we are forced to reincarnate endlessly with no memories of our past lives

I believe we are currently in hell. Hell is defined as a prison of eternal torment and torture.

There isn't a greater form of torture than forcing a soul to reincarnate in such a terrible world over and over again, brainwashed and used as a food source by the malevolent beings in control of the system

There is no greater joy for a bunch of sadistic psychopaths than giving their preys hope of escape when they know there is no escape for them. It's a sick joke to make millions of people hope for an event that has already happened.

Reincarnation is a mercy by God

If people remembered their past lives, some would not grow, because the guilt of their past might hold them back.

When we sleep however, our consciousness temporarily shifts to Level two, a state of expanded awareness and partial freedom from material constraints. Beings that naturally exist in this level are more spiritually evolved than typical humans, yet still far from the higher planes of consciousness.

A lot of the malevolent beings operate on this second level. The beings we call demons, evil spirits and so on all operate on this level.

To ascend beyond the second level, a soul must embrace love, compassion, and harmony; the purest vibrations in the universe. But because all beings possess free will, some choose not to evolve. Instead, they prey upon weaker souls, feeding on their fear and emotional energy to sustain themselves

However, because they refused to ascend to higher levels, they are weaker than beings operating on a level of consciousness higher than theirs. The opposite happens when these beings find themselves in an environment that vibrates at a very low frequency. They love places like this as it nourishes them energetically. The god in the bible is not a single person, but a group of 2nd level consciousnesses that love to play god. In human terms they are akin to serial killers. We are told that it’s all a proof of his sacrifice for us by dying for our sins. The same motif of blood sacrifice, pain, suffering and death that these malevolent beings love

We are also told that he resurrected after three days, yet the most common mental picture we have of Jesus isn’t him rising from the tomb and ascending to heaven, it’s him on the cross. We wear it around our necks and hang it on the walls of our houses and churches.

This is all a mockery of this figure.

The controllers of our world who invented Christianity like to mix truth and lies together to create confusion

They took the teachings of an enlightened being, stripped away the wisdom that exposed their deception, infused his message with elements of their pagan practices, and then turned him into a figurehead for their agenda.

When you worship god (these beings) and pray to him (these same beings) you are essentially giving away your freedom to these beings. You are telling them that they own you and you choose to worship and serve them. This is not what the figure of Jesus said if you read the other texts that were removed from the bible.

When the body is awake The soul exists in two different planes, both in the physical plane and the immaterial world. Understand that the immaterial or the spiritual plane preceed the physical, whatsoever will manifest to you in the physical will first manifest in the spiritual world. Yes you are well and alive in your body but you may be in a different environment, having a different cloth on in the spiritual.
Attimes suddenly something drops to your mind in the physical, or maybe suddenly you felt hungry, that's because in the spiritual, something like food as been brought before you and that's why you felt hungry in the physical.... Someone may come across your mind, and within minutes the person shows up before you, this is because in the spiritual the person was already there with you and interacting with you...this is one of the reason you'll say "ohh I was just thinking about you now"


Now if you are about to sleep,,that same you that's existing in the spirit realm is about to shut down the physical plane awareness, you must know this, you must be aware of this, your level of consciousness and spiritual strength also matters because it helps, this will enable you to know that you are no longer in the physical plane but in the spiritual plane and you'll be able to take charge of whatever comes your way, this is how you lucid dream.

When you get to this state, fear is fundamental, because you will see your environment as it really is in the spiritual, quiet much different from your physical realities, also you will see strange creatures, strange animals like lions, snakes or pythons, monkeys, crocodiles, some of them will even talk to you, those were the evil beings that have locked themselves into this realm of consciousness, when they see you, they will charge at you, you must understand that you are powerful more than them, else this will jolt you back from your sleep. You must never entertain fear, although this is easy to say but it will just come natural...and this will distort everything... In the physical how do you react if you see a snake or a lion, you will jump and run and shout mommy help me 😂, that's why I said it is natural, so before you sleep and slip into lucid dreaming, decree you are not afraid, cancel fear out of your mind, decree you are strong and powerful, say it with all certainty and you will see great difference in your lucid dreaming.

As Christians one of the reasons we speak and decree the word of God is because it gives us power and strengthens our mind, it gives us enablement through the authority of Christ and help us shapen our reality.

If you say those that were here before that created the edifices you named Budapest architecture et al, have left to heaven because they were of higher consciousness, and those that were left behind being forced to reincarnate over and over, are the ones populating the earth, how true can that be with the current population explosion We understand that the world keep increasing in population

Okay let's say in the former world they are about 500,000. Then 50,000 were awakened into higher consciousness and left to heaven, to remain 450,000, the latter were wiped off and the custodians decided to reincarnate them, how come from 450,000 we are now seeing Billions of souls all over.

The figures are just for analysis purposes.

Let's say I have 400,000 souls with me, I sent the first two, male and female. They mated and bore 5 children, hope you realize that I'm going to send more 5 souls into those bodies, to be left with 399,993 souls left, so it's decreasing not increasing.

As such we can't ascertain or justify that the population figures in the first world tallies with what we have now hence we would have seen their imprint all over the world....selah

I did exactly as you said that 'I am not afraid, I had a strong and powerful mind ' before I slept I said it several times and I slept off and I lucid dream. I had the weirdest dream where cats where talking to me and immediately I knew I was dreaming . I also dreamt I was butchering a whole cow by myself and was even dragging the cow with one hand with its weight, something I can't do in real waking life.
