All those talk of Ned still wanting her is boloks, who is this brat compared to the kind of ladies the man has dated over the years? Bros, rather than all this sentimental, emotional online drama, if you know those Regina's siblings, tell them to get a lawyer, because once they are charged to court they will need one to get bail and defend themselves against the charges.

Bros, how it works is that someone commits against you, you do not take the law in your hands, instead you go and make a police report at a police station or write a petition to the police, you can address it to the state commissioner of police, even to the IG, they then assign it to a police team for investigation.
Once the investigation commences, they can invite the accused persons to assist the investigation ie write a statement and answer questions, the person can the be granted bail or charged to court. Most times the files is sent to the public prosecutor for endorsement ie if it is a prsecutable case. It is the police that charges the person to court not Eg Ned, ie you will see the State VS lagbaja not Ned VS lagbaja. Once it is charged to court, that accused has to get a lawyer to defend himself as it is no longer the business of the police but rather the court.
I understand that here in naija a lot of us are ignorant of the law, VDM has also not helped matters by telling people the do not have the right to report to police Eg when you are defamed. Who then will prosecute infractions of the law?
Do you know by pointing to someone and telling the person "I will deal with you", it is a threat to life and the person can petition the police all the way to the IG?
