I got this new nexus freezer Nx160hce on about 4 days ago , and I noticed that the freezer freezes at the top to the middle part while the lower part is cold but not freeze yet , although it haven’t run for over 6 hours straight due to the power supply . It is still going to freeze to the lower part as time past or I should return it

It's the design. It is to avoid you having to scrape ice from the bottom that will ruin the foil. Same as mine. Same model.

It's a factory defect. Theres a leak internally. He should return it immediately if since its still under warranty. Such products defrost faster that anything

Return it immediately.

Factory defect


To be sure you got a good product, you need at least 12hours uninterrupted power to observed its maximum freezing and subsequent rate of defrosting. Get gen to supplement your nepa supply at least for first day after any freezer purchase.

My brother, kindly return it ASAP.
The freezer already develops internal leakage,

Wadala tie wrapper mine is Skyrun on Band E with very low voltage like that of a candle light it freezes in minutes with a small sterbilizer. But on band A with a very stable voltage of around 190 - 210 it barely freezes even after 10 hours with or without a sterbilizer.

Hello , I think there’s improvement today, this it how it looks like , although it’s yet to freeze round the interior but few of the sachet water I put inside is blocked already , thanks .I’ll keep y’all posted
