There is nothing changing in Burkina Faso, the only difference is that perhaps they're a homogenous country so you have majority of the citizens rallying support for the government. Social media is not blocked in Burkina Faso. It is open and accessible to everyone.

As for the media, it is only foreign propaganda media outlets that were banned. Chief among them was France24 and the majority of them are French-owned with some from Britain and Germany.

The rest, including American media and many more from Britain and Germany, are all open. So don't bring the talk of the media and social media been banned in Burkina Faso.
