Your question should be, why is Ned not arresting Regina? She has accused him of rape and all sorts. Nothing compared to what Sammy said. Why has Ned not arrested his lovely wife?

As for online crowd, many people are not happy with her over her online comments during EndSars and other agitations. Twitter feminists that usually buy cases like this were dragged when she got married. Ned has also arrested some people (including a celebrity) over Regina. All of these groups are quite happy with her current situation and it is dampening the support she can get. I didn't even know she made this much enemies along the way.
