IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu flared up today when called to open his defence. Kanu made it clear that he will not enter any defence unless told under which law he is being tried. Kanu made it clear that he does not care what the courts do to him, he will go by what the constitution says and that the constitution said that a person cant be tried unless a valid law exists to do so.

A visibly angry Kanu then walked out of the dock and screamed that the people dont know what justice is and that they are useless black African people!

The proceedings then ended dramaticallly

This man knows that the court can't convict him, based on the tenets of the law, he has done nothing wrong to agitate for freedom for his people.

That said, his trial is unjustified and the fact that both the Judge and the lead Prosecution counsel are Yoruba is bad optics.

I have always maintained that Hausa, Fulani, Igbos and Yoruba are the problem of this country

Because there is no law. Nigeria is a kangaroo country. When we tell people, they call us names. An average Nigerian have been indoctrinated in the usual 'God forbid' statement, they keep living in denial even when it's obvious this country is a shit hole.

You’re quite discerning! The bolded is exactly what’s at play here! The hegemonic alliance first chose Binta Nyako and now Omotosho for a reason!….It’s not a coincidence! There are certain judges they use to deliver their kangaroo judgements! Inyang Okoro used to be one of those go to judges they relied on to do their bidding!
