I did an interview recently. I wanted to opt out because it was so annoying.
I was asked not to use Google or AI.
And I was on video, the interviewer were ladies.
It was so annoying.. I would learn to ask questions before the interview next time to avoid unnecessary interviews 😁

interviews svvcks for me , its so fuorking stêwpeed . i avoid most company and their filter instrument by contributing to free software and get hired by canoical and red hat for my contributions.


when i remember i used to work for a startup, i was the engineering manager of my team mostly brogrammers, i used to evaluate new hires not by interview but by contribution to our repo on github( you must submit one PR if you want to join us) and take somr technical test, nothing hard just something basic like implementing a hash table
