iamoyindamola:The entire defense was poor today. I was expecting to see MLS at least to push them back because they kept us deep for too long. Can’t say Sunderland did not deserve something but we needed to get all 3 points in my opinion. |

iamoyindamola:They could lose possession that would put us under pressure, especially Ethan, he is not good and winning duels. It was a tightly contested game. We go again. Nothing spoil. |

Roland17:As today was off I will take the point The international break couldn't come sooner we badly need it because of our depleted squad Whatever happens tomorrow we still have some points to defend |

iamoyindamola:E pain me I no go lie because we needed all three. I did not like how we played the final 10 minutes of the game. Our back 4 looked tired and I can give them a little break because they have been consistent for a while now. If we were going to be defensive then Merino should have come out for Mosquera to add an extra defender at the back or for Norgaard to add an extra player in the middle while ball holders like Saka/ Eze/ Trossard can hold on to the ball, win free kicks and seal the win. Then the mad ones wen dey Milan come draw match from 2-0 up. I swear some weekends, I feel like my enemies dey work overtime against my joy! |

Oladhips:I don't think there's anything he could have done with that first goal. The first goal was partly on Gabriel for ball watching. Raya even made a couple good save in the second half Yesterday's just an unlucky day for him. |

In the matches leading to this Sunderland game, you will know that something like this is eventually going to happen. It was a matter of when and not how or why. The statistics might be convincing but watching the games you will know this was going to happen. Hopefully with players coming back after the internationals, fresh legs who didn't go for the break and those that won't get more involvement, we should be able to come back to winning streak. Arteta have been on a progressive run with the number of losses we accumulate at each season end since his first full season. So looking at that, we should be able to avoid more than 5 defeats this season and then try to win as many as possible. If City wins today, we should focus on widening the gap from 4 to 9 before January. |

mostob:i feel like if he had stayed back instead of rushing out like that, seeing that is Gabriel contesting for the ball too, maybe just maybe he would have got a hand on the ball. |

germaphobe:The ball was in yard 6, I doubt he would have saved it cos of little reaction time... It's was a painful draw |

MSGAMBLE9:I am not reading meaning into the match, the signs are there from Brighton to Slavia prague, it's painful but it's not damaging because we could have lost. The whole team didn't click and we enjoyed 2 individual brilliance to score yesterday, rice dispossessing le fee to open up the chance and trossard brilliantly shooting Yesterday was one of those days, where I will have problem is after the break we are still like this. But I still feel once the team is back eze and saliba should chop bench for now, this is no time for emotion We need the best performing players |
