There's sense in this tho.

That's why I believe the best formula if one can afford it is. 2 boys 2 girls.

So the male child would have a younger or older brother as the case may be. Same with the girls. The older brother would have a baby sister to pamper. Same with the sister, she would have a younger brother to look after

I know a family of 8 siblings alive as they lost 2, when one was gravely ill, it was the nieces that paid the hospital bills as non of the 7 could help. You may say the nieces are an extension the siblings.
