US went to Afghanistan with a goal, the goal was to eliminate Osama Bin Laden and his closest terrorist allies after September 11 attack on US.

That goal and mission was accomplished.

Did you expect US to stay in Afghanistan forever doing what?

They trained Afghanistan military, equipped them to be able to take care of their security on their own. US had an exit timeline after their mission was accomplished during Barrack Obama's regime, and US called the mission a success and mapped out plan to end and exit Afghanistan.

A new US President Joe Biden came to power and decided to end the US mission in Afghanistan and they handed over to Afghanistan military who couldnt continue but surrendered to Taliban after US exit, now tell me how US failed?

Did you expect them to wipe out the whole Taliban which is more than 40% of Afghanistan population? Its impossible and that was never their mission from the start.

So focus on Nigeria and stop talking about US mission in Afghanistan that you know nothing about
