Keke and korope drivers makes driving irritating. They always believe they can fit into every small space. And the kind speed they(especially keke) manueuver their way into your front will have you matching the break impulsively...or you hit them. They have nothing to lose. Na your car go suffer the damage.

the bar at the rear of the keke caused minor damage to the bumper of the car. The driver came out and started holding the keke driver, although the keke entered the express in their normal reckless style and the traffic was slow.

Who'd be at fault,and how would this situation be settled?

I always find it funny when they say, "Nobody is talking about it " or "We are not talking about it". They make it seem like there's a rule here that says Mr. A, Mr. B and Mr. C must talk about a particular news item. They make it seem like you are under compulsion to show your support for or against any argument.

What I don't understand is why anybody will foolishly attempt to force others to speak on matters they either do not have interest in or don't have enough information to make an argument for or against? Is that not MENT?

Somebody wants me to talk about Abia because Alex Otti is the governor and he won election under LP. The same Otti I didn't sing his praise before now; you want me to join you to criticize him simply because u assumed I must have supported him because he is a member of labor party. They just want to pigeonhole everyone to be either Pro APC or Pro PDP or Pro Labour Party just like them.

LP supporters are gradually turning into APC supporters, they'll never criticize anything someone in their party does irrespective of how bad it is.

Most times If you hit someone from rear while driving, it is automatically assumed you are at fault . You are expected to have functional braking system which you should apply before you hit the other vehicle from rear whether he's driving slow or not.

That being said, considering you mentioned the keke entered the express recklessly one can't but wonder how the car ended hitting the keke from rear and not the side.Perhaps the car driver was trying to do everything within his might to prevent the keke from merging into the lane (normal Lagos driver strong head) and it led to damage of his vehicle.

Las Las most keke riders no dey hold money like that and irrespective of who is judged the guilty party, the car owner may not recover much from the keke rider. He will end up fixing his car by himself. That's why it is always advisable to just let those people carry their wahala go because sooner or later people will judge u as using power for them when u decide to punish them for the damage.

There's a video I saw this morning which showed the player's throat wasn't slit as initially claimed. An Object was thrown at the player and it cut him on the side of his neck.

I'm guessing the reason they gave them chance to appeal the judgement is to bring any evidence that counters the initial claim of the player's throat being slit.

I am not in any way defending the animalistic behavior of the Katsina United fans o, but the whole incident needs to be investigated to come to a fair judgement for all parties involved

If you merge into a major road and a car behind you rams into your back the only way you can prove you are not at fault is if you can prove the car was going above speed limit.

You are meant to slow down/stop and merge only when absolutely safe not enter the road and expect those cars already there to slow down for you.
