Good afternoon house
So I’ve been able to save some amount of money from my alawee that I intended to use to get a laptop to kickstart my tech journey
Please help me vet this laptop is it good for a start or should I get something higher
I’m looking at data science- AI

My brother is giving me this for 80k he is barely at home and doesn’t use it
Or should I just go with my budget of 180-200k thank you so much
