Syria’s President Ahmed al-Sharaa is due to meet US President Donald Trump at the White House in the first official visit by a Syrian leader to Washington, DC since Syria’s independence in 1946.

For context, this guy was a terrorist that was declared wanted by the CIA few years ago.

He was infamous for keeping christians and beheading them in their numbers.

Of course, US sponsored his group to topple Bashar al Assad. He's going to pay homage to his big daddy in the white house and sign on the document that would allow the US take as much rare earth minerals as possible from Syria. We should pose this question to ignorant, self-destructive, hideously ill-educated and self-hating Nigerians, particularly from one historically disruptive region of our nation, who now see Trump as their Christian messiah whereas same Trump and his USA have no problem fraternising with Ahmed Al-Sharaa.

Those same Nigeria will mock Tinubu, their own President, claiming he cannot set foot in the USA. Yet look at who the USA is rolling out the red carpet for.

Those particular set of people should come and explain the duplicity of the USA to us and why they self-loathingly sanction America "messing up" Tinubu yet the same nation will wine, dine and entertain Ahmed Al-Sharaa.

As unprincipled and cynically machiavellian as the USA has been historically, what is to say Bello Turji cannot be recruited to serve the agenda of America at any stage in the future?
