Whether INEC monitors or not, it's on them.

You remember when INEC failed to monitor the Akpabio's Primary, what the Supreme Court said was loud...... Been that these judgements cannot survive scrutiny from higher Courts.... The Convention will hold, you go bet?

It could be postponed but it MUST hold this November.
Are you aware, the more the other faction continues to disobey court orders, the more the predicaments of his members including their governors who are seeking for elections, thereby giving them alibi to defect to other stable parties..?? grin grin

Infact, this is where ethe PDP will go the full length because the worst is already passed.

The only person remaining to defect now is Adeleke and/or Fintiri. As long as Makinde & Bala Mohammed are concerned, their political survival rest on this, so it's a case Wike can't win.

If Wike has caused about 5 governors to defect to other parties, factionalized the party and still giving Makinde wotowoto in his own faction grin grin...Then He is already ahead in the game. Winding down the party is just a matter of time., Wike has nothing to lose, so he is a veteran when it comes to party politics.

But he can't cross to APC.
He can't be lord there.
It is the PDP, and even if he loses this case, he won't cross, he will remain there.

Political Parties are just vehicles, the PDP has no intentions of winning the 2027 election, they want to hold on for their successors, persons they won't handpick. For now, it's the law I am looking at, not 2027.

I believe it has long been decided.

Judicial banditry.
Is federal high court superior to supreme court?

We all know WIKED has bribed the judges.
I'm waiting for people that would blame Tinubu and say Sule lamido must be working for Tinubu to distabilize PDP.

Remove Adeleke from here.
If not for Oyetola that held him by the jugular, he would have in Apc since last year.

your take on political issues dy give me joy.kundus to you bro!
See, it's the last kick of andying horse.

The Court had no jurisdiction to entertain the suit of a person who didn't pick the form or who is not an aspirant. The case of the Oyo Court was that the plaintiff picked the form and is thus an aspirant for the Deputy Organising Secretary position.

In the case of Lamido, he isn't an aspirant.... The Supreme Court on Iyore Osagie & Ors vs. Victor Enoghama & Ors, held that: the Federal High Court can only intervene in a Party's internal affairs via a narrow provision of Section 84(14) of the Electoral Act 2022.

84 (14) of the Electoral Act 2022, following a similar provision in S.87(9) of the Electoral Act, 2010, as amended, vests a very narrow original jurisdiction on the Federal High Court to entertain and determine a dispute over an aspect of the internal affair of a political party concerning whether the provisions of the Electoral Act and the guidelines of a political party were complied with in the selection or nomination of its candidate for election. This is the only part of the internal affair of a Political Party that a Court has jurisdiction to inquire into. The exact text of the provision reads thusly –
“Notwithstanding the provisions of this Act or rules of a political party, an aspirant who complains that any of the provisions of this Act and the guidelines of a political party have not been complied with in the selection or nomination of a candidate of a political party for election, may apply to the Federal High Court for redress.”

Why did the APC print only one form for Ekiti Governorship Primary.

It is a Party affair and it cannot be challenged.

So supreme court said, political parties should not obey their constitution simply because they are political parties? You sound like a typical Peter Obi supporter, are you one?
whats the ratonale behind buying form in a Party that dissociates from you .. the court should have counselled him

is it that have stolen too much Money you just want to burn millions .... obviously they dont want you its even fair they let you keep your money

I don't the effort and principalities coming up just against ordinary pdp convention is alarming ... as you are killing one another one is rising

Whats worrisome is how the judiciary have made itself available as a stooge in the hands politicians .. politician now have there special court for cases one law different judgements undecided. what a disgrace nation

Adeleke will leave PDP that has 3 Senators to ADC that doesn't have 1 Senator.
Fintiri who is Atiku's Adamawa didn't leave, it is now Demola that will leave.
What can ADC offer him that his current PDP cannot?

Adeleke may be fhuulish but he's not suicidal.

This is because they don't want him as Chairman. I hold nothing against Sule Lamido, he has been one of the most loyal PDP members but he still has no locus to challenge same in Court. The suit is frivolous, vexatious and of no moment. The learned Judge, Lifu was only trying to arrive at a predetermined destination.

This is the same reason only one form was printed for Goodluck Jonathan in 2014. The same reason only one form was printed for Oyebanji at the recently-concluded Ekiti APC Guber Primary.

Again, the same thing was done for Ayu, spearheaded by you know who!

There is no faction in PDP

It's either PDP or suspended members .
PDP remains PDP recognized
