It seems you're naive to some things. They're are cultural across all Yoruba land and across all states of the Federation. For example, Igbos have their association in all states in which they meet from time to time. If you're outside the Igbo-centralised states, locate one and start attending meetings. Most Igbo merchants participates in these meetings, they can direct you. Association/Communities exists. Kingship is what is forbidden.
